Payment Information
We do not take payment for tours by credit card. Payment is preferred in cash on arrival for land tours.
Refund Policy
Cancellations by guests
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount, minus 5% payment processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour, for any reason, are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows (failure to arrive at the meeting point on time or failure to attend the tour for any personal reason) are strictly non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
- In the event a guest faces an issue, we reserve the sole right to decide whether a rescheduling option may be offered, subject to availability and additional fees.
